I was listening to these at work every other day for the longest time. I would switch between this and music to keep a little bit of a balance. When a new video is uploaded I listen to it multiple times the entire work day or sometimes it will start playing an older one and I will get a refresher. I am so grateful to find guru like you…been listening to you for many years and still going on…can see many positive chances in me…anger, jealously, likes, dislikes, hate and anger has gradually decreased as I can distinguish between myself awareness and egoistic myself…even when anger tries to appear in mind I can clearly see myself notifying these angers or happiness or any feeling of mind…all those distinctions arises and disappears in my awareness…this helped me a lot knowing myself as unchanging reality in those changing realities 🕉🙏
